How many properties will there be?

There are 26 residential Lots distributed across the property. Each Lot is around 5,000 square etres.

What are purchasers being offered?

Each Lot owner has one freehold Lot and a 1/26th share in the on-site facilities, including pavilion, swimming pool and tennis court, plus a 1/26th share in the farm itself.

What facilities are included for Lot Owners to share?

Is there a required timeframe for construction?

What kind of access roads will be constructed?

The access road with the Farm Park will be finished with a surface of local stone chip, including limestone. This will provide a hard-packed surface that is safe, durable and reflects the rural character of the property.
